So my razor just hit the floor and I am hoping it can be fixed because I am addicted to using it and don't really want to buy one if it is cheaper to fix it
It has two nicks in it now

Buy another and send it off to be rehoned by a real pro...it's salvageable.
The reason I say buy another is a back-up is always need for when one needs to be touched up.
Well it a a cheap one from straight razors.com came with strop brush and soap for like 90 bucks so should I get a better blade anyway ?
+1 to what Harold said
I do not know how it shaves but for a new razor it has a ton of honewear and very wide bevels.
Get a $80 Dovo and you will be happy.
Were do I send it off to get fixed while I buy another ?
Perfect reason to have a backup. Of course, you might consider a backup for the backup.:D.
The right person can fix that for you. Glen fixed one of mine that was damaged similar to yours.:gl:
I have a backup for the back up of the back up in case the back up's back up needs a back up to the back up back up.
Just use sandpaper to get the chips out and then hone. There are videos on YouTube, give it a go.
Here I have a deal for you. I am no Glen or Lynn. But those nicks in the blade don't seem too bad. I'll give you a loaner razor and you send me yours. If it is as gugi says a cheap razor and not worth it to hone it you get to keep the loaner. If I can fix I'll send it back to you and you send me mine back. I will ensure the loaner will be shave ready. Just pm me if that sounds fine
Send that puppy to me,I beat to a differant drummer but I can fix that sucker.
My Honing is a little rad, but those chips will be history:)
